WHAT I DO

I work with Optimas’ technical services group in Suzhou, China. Essentially, I act as a firewall between the supplier and customers during the product sample PPAP process in order to create a seamless experience for the customer.

A TYPICAL DAY

During a typical day I generate and analyze quality data to spot potential problems. That way, when any quality issues emerge, the team can quickly address it. Much of my time is dedicated to sampling PPAP but another big responsibility is communicating with clients and quickly resolving any issues they encounter with the products. I also work with my teammates to develop new engineering ideas that strengthen the work of Optimas and our customers. 

MY IMPACT

I provide the customer with a deeper level of risk protection by ensuring that parts meet quality standards and requirements.

WHEN I'M NOT WORKING

Outside of work, I like to run and play table tennis.
